Patient Services Manager

Job Summary

Patient Services Manager Decatur, GA

Schedule: 5-day work week, alternating weekends

As a Patient Services Manager, you'll lead a team focused on delivering high-quality meal service to patients in an acute care hospital setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the patient services team to ensure timely, accurate, and caring meal delivery.
  • Oversee menu implementation based on patient needs, diet orders, and physician direction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to provide outstanding service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets while honoring patient preferences.
  • Support and monitor achievement of patient satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting regulations, including HIPAA and patient rights policies.
  • Participate in and lead patient satisfaction programs, department meetings, and hospital-wide quality initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with one (1) year of experience in food services or hospitality (restaurant management background strongly encouraged).
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in team leadership, customer service, and food operations required.
  • Experience in healthcare food service a plus training provided for the right hospitality leader.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology systems required.
