Lead and grow the personalization business for a prestigious luxury brand in Japan.■About the companyOur client is a leading luxury brand renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to personalized client experiences. They offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and grow the brand's personalization business, driving sales, enhancing client experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. You will promote bespoke services, coordinate with headquarters, and support store teams through training and events. You'll ensure the brand's personalized offer consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations while maintaining the highest service standards.■Main tasks include・Drive and maximize the Personalization business to consistently exceed annual sales targets.・Promote the Personalization service to meet and exceed evolving customer expectations.・Lead in-store events focused on Personalization, including planning, execution, and follow-up.・Collaborate closely with HQ teams to track order status and manage any issues.・Provide feedback to HQ to influence global product and promotional strategies.・Develop and implement new strategies to enhance and grow the Personalization offering.・Collaborate across departments to integrate Personalization into wider brand projects.・Establish and improve efficient in-house operational workflows for Personalization.・Deliver ongoing training to the store network to ensure service consistency and expertise.・Motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs related to Personalization.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or related functions within the luxury goods industry.
・Experience with Made-to-Measure (MTM) or bespoke services is a significant plus.
・Strong understanding of the luxury goods market and a keen sense for personalization products.
・Exceptional client relationship management skills and a lifestyle-oriented approach.
・Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and comfort working under pressure.
・Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
・Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
・Proficient in MS Office Suite; fluent in English and Japanese.
・Experience working within a global brand preferred.
・Experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
