Join a fast-growing Japanese tech company using AI to tackle real-world social challenges. As a Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building the development infrastructure behind next-generation AI-powered business tools.

In this role, you’ll lead engineering initiatives across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure—working directly with product managers and engineers to shape development strategy and deliver impactful, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Define development plans and technical strategy in collaboration with product management
• Lead technology selection and architecture decisions across the platform
• Contribute hands-on to system design and development, spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Oversee code quality through reviews and testing, ensuring long-term product stability and maintainability
• Manage team assignments and support the growth of engineering talent within the team

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and system development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Go, with additional experience in Node.js or Python

Language Skills:

• Fluent Japanese (N1 or above) and Conversational English are required for this role
