Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Responsibilities: 

• Managing the project's SQCD (Scope, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
• Negotiating with clients and stakeholders in cooperation with the account
• As a member of the project management team belonging to the systems development department, you will lead the planning and execution of projects proposed by project owners from each department, including overseas bases,   and involve all departments to ensure the project's success.
• Project management for the implementation planning, design, implementation, and testing phases
• Understanding the situation from both the business and engineering sides to drive development projects forward.

Job Qualification:

• 4+ years of development experience in the IT industry (SI, package vendor) such as building systems using packages or Java, and experience as a project leader or project manager
• Approximately 3 years of experience in upstream processes (customer negotiations, requirements definition)
• Experience creating proposals and project materials
• English ability not required (English ability at the time of joining the company will not be an issue if you can acquire the language over the medium to long term by using internal meetings and communicating with staff in charge.)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in global projects and offshore development
• Broad knowledge of IT technology
• PM qualifications (PMP, IPA PM exam, etc.)
• English proficiency (Recommended: TOEIC score of 650 or above)
• Interest in English communication and offshore development
• Project management of CMS/workflow related systems Experience in requirements definition (Sitecore, ServiceNow, Drupal, etc.)
• Experience using offshore (offshore experience in India is a plus)
• Experience at a consulting firm

Language skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business English level
