Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Effectively resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain thorough documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and meet company goals.
• Stay updated on our products and services to provide informed assistance to clients.
• Engage in training sessions and contribute to team meetings to promote best practices.
• Suggest improvements to processes and customer service initiatives when identified.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new culture.
