Job Description

R esponsibility：

• Conduct experiments focusing on innovative materials and manufacturing approaches in electrochemical deposition.
• Analyze microstructures formed during deposition and oversee internal and external analytical laboratory collaborations.
• Manage laboratory projects supporting the Materials Innovations Group and Plating Process Engineering Teams.
• Assist in the research, development, and application of new materials and technologies, while addressing plating quality concerns.
• Collaborate with suppliers of chemicals and equipment to implement new plating techniques and analytical procedures.
• Adapt and incorporate advanced plating technologies into manufacturing processes and product designs.
• Drive the adoption of new plating solutions through product testing and the qualification of production workflows.
• Update and maintain laboratory procedure documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• The duties outlined offer a broad framework for this role, but additional responsibilities may be assigned based on individual skills and expertise.
