Job Title :-Production Support Specialist
Duration:5 +month(s) Contract (With Possibility of extension)
Location:- Montreal,QC (Hybrid)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for production support of Loans and Trade Finance applications
· Responsible for production support, follow-up of application developments, and flows between Loans and Trade Finance applications and other back office systems.
Participate in technical projects related to Financing Solutions platforms
Ø Assist sponsors and project teams to identify business needs and define functional specifications;
Ø Work closely with IT Global Banking teams to produce technical specification documents;
Ø Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling projects support tasks, as well as providing status reports;
Transversal and Framework
Ø Maintain application and systems as per the Information Security guidelines.
Ø Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
Ø Maintain monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components
Ø Understand document the business process and data flow.
Ø Lead the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals
Ø Manage the cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions
REQUIREMENTS
TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ø Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
Ø Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills
Ø Well versed with incident/problem/change management process
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Good documentation skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Word , PowerPoint
Ø Good understanding of Java J2EE applications
Ø Good to have infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, Tomcat knowledge
Ø Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification
Ø Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers.
Ø Experience with application deployments and installations
Ø Knowledge of SQL/Pl SQL
Ø Knowledge of Tools like Jira, ITSM, SN
Ø Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks
ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Ø 24/7 availability during On-Call schedule
Ø Good understanding of Service Now or similar tool and the service management processes
Ø Understanding of data protection principles
Ø Ability to work independently within a team
