Job Description:

• You will be responsible for managing schedule, scope, cost, resources, risks, and procurement for projects implemented by clients, and will develop and execute the management process.
• Project types vary widely, from IT projects such as core system implementation and application implementation to non-IT projects such as business analysis and business improvement, and you will be responsible for a variety of industries.
• As a project manager (PM), you will lead the project while communicating with client stakeholders, vendors, project members, etc. Depending on the project, you may also be tasked with promoting the project together with the PM as a PMO.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a manager in the field of project management or change management at a consulting firm, or project supervision experience leading and managing the project from design to operation and implementation in the area of core business and ERP system implementation, etc.
• Experience in developing and acquiring projects in consulting projects
• Care for team members and development of the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.)
• *Managers at the level of overseeing an internal organizational unit (generally thought of as a "department"; we call them "practice leaders") are responsible not only for project management but also for practice management (building and growing the practice/team they are in charge of, including business development, organizational and team development).
• Experience in project management or change management at a consulting firm or one of the following experiences at a business company
• Experience leading multiple projects for at least 6 months, both internally and externally
• Experience as a PM assistant or PMO in business reform and system implementation. Knowledge of tasks and deliverables in each phase of a project.
• Experience in business planning and business planning
• Experience in project management or change management at a consulting firm or one of the following experiences at a business company
• Experience of being involved in multiple projects, both internal and external, for at least 3 months
• PMO experience in business reform and system implementation. Experience managing projects such as progress, issues, and scope.

Preferred requirements

• Project management related qualifications such as PMP (including study towards obtaining them) are welcome
