Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the renovation of Freshslice's retail commercial projects from start to finish.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work as needed.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, and blueprints using CAD design software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
• Plan and schedule construction operations, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, ensuring agreement on terms and budget.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the work and performance of the team throughout the project, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Regularly assess project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges faced during the project.
• Collaborate with head office and receive dedicated support for project success.
• Foster a fun work environment and contribute to the growth opportunities of the team.
• Participate in full development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
• Proven hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Physical ability to lift, push, move, and carry light and heavy products, up to 25 lbs.
• Project Manager experience is a plus.
