Performance Management & Insight, Information Management Data & Service 所属部署・チームについて • クライアント、IQVIAが保持するデータ、およびテクノロジーを活用してデータから得られる示唆からビジネス価値の最大化を行う。ビッグデータを取り扱うプラットフォームの構築、データから得られる示唆のレポート化、データドリブンな営業モデル構築、AIの活用などにより、クライアント課題・医療業界向けの業界課題を解決するソリューションの策定・構築・展開を行う。 業務内容 • ヘルスケア業界で利用されるデータを管理するデータ基盤・BI構築のソリューショニングを提案 • データ事例: IQVIA保有の医薬品売上データのDDDデータ/IQVIA保有のヘルスケアRWDデータ/Client様の社内売上データ・活動データ • IQVIA自社で開発しているData Services（ワンタイムレポート/IQVIAデータのカスタム提供/Client企業の • KPI Tracking)やData分析できるSaaSソリューション、およびDWH/BI/AIソリューションの導入・運用におけるPM • Globalチームと連携してGlobalで保持するKnowledgeやドキュメント等の日本への適用を推進 • Globalソリューション導入の提案・プロジェクトリード ポジションのやりがい • データアナリティクス領域で多彩なキャリアパスや多国籍の人とお互い学びあいながらキャリアアップが見込める • 提案力とPMとしてのスキルアップ • 顧客の立場になって提案活動が行える • 様々なヘルスケアの顧客と密にやり取りすることから、業界の知識やネットワークが広がる • Data Scientistとして、データ分析・モデル構築の機会あり 役割への期待値 入社～3か月目: IQVIAのアセットについて理解を深めていただき、基本の提案内容を把握 ～6か月目: プロジェクト参画、OJTを行いながら実務になれる ～12か月目: PMもすくわFunction Leadとしてプロジェクト遂行 ※時期により、部内新粗油の業界および業務トレーニングに参加していただくことも可能 • データ基盤・BIの提案 • データ基盤・BI・AI関連プロジェクトのリード • QCD（Quality, Cost, Delivery）の厳守 チームの雰囲気 • Data ArchitectからData Engineer、Data Analyst、Data Scientistまで多数のSMEが協力しながらヘルスケア業界での技術活動 • 年齢やジョブグレードにかかわらず、風通しがよく、フラットな環境 • 外国籍のData Expertは多数、外国籍の方も歓迎 過去のProject事例 ・ ヘルスケア企業に対してインフラのセットアップから、DWH構築とBIの提案、導入と運用保守 募集要件...Amico is a leading, Canadian-owned and operated construction company specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.
