Work Scope

• In business improvement initiatives, your role involves mapping current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the automation team to define actionable business improvement details.
• Additionally, as projects progress, you will assess your team's performance, identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing business processes through user interviews.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Proficiency in creating business process workflows using BPMN 2.0.
• Experience in leading teams and driving projects toward successful completion.
• Strong English communication skills to engage with international team members.
• Experience in strategizing, planning, and launching new services within an organization.
