Required Skills & Experience
Language
Business-level technical communication skills in English.
(TOEIC L&R 730+ / TOEFL iBT 80+)
Experience
10+ years in engineering, with at least 5 years in exterior parts.
Expertise in stamping parts design/manufacturing, body assembly processes, datum systems, open/close kinetics, sealing design, and painting processes.
Proficiency in mechanical design using CAD, considering structural and production requirements, and part specification deployment.
Experience creating evidence for design verification (styling feedback, tolerance stack-up, simple CAE verification, parts integration study, etc.).
Skilled in digital verification and technical reporting (interference checks, clearance, formability, waterproof sealing, etc.).
Proven experience in product development, team development, and understanding of automotive OEM development processes and simultaneous engineering.
Leadership experience in managing engineering teams, including task assignment, workload balancing, and progress tracking.
Quality Management
Familiarity with quality processes such as DMDR and QFD.
