主な職務/ Job Responsibility
リコール管理（MLIT対応）
MLIT（国土交通省）の規定に準拠し、すべてのリコール関連業務を調整する。
事実検証
報告された問題を調査し、社内データやサプライヤーからのフィードバックを通じて事実を検証する。
監査対応のため、検証プロセスの詳細な記録を保持する。
リコール報告および監査フォローアップ
国交省へのリコール報告書を作成・提出する。
監査対応を管理し、指摘事項に基づく是正措置を実施する。
コンプライアンス状況を追跡・監視し、すべての監査項目が完了するよう確実に対応する。
保証対応
保証プロセスの管理
保証コストの管理
保証マニュアルの更新および周知
保証コストの傾向をフォローし、必要に応じて組織に警告を発する
ネットワーク内での保証監査の実施

Recall Management towards MLIT
Coordinate all recall-related activities in compliance with MLIT regulations.
Fact Verification:
Investigate reported issues and validate facts through internal data and supplier feedback.
Maintain detailed records of verification processes for audit purposes.
Recall Reporting and Audit Follow-up
Prepare and submit recall reports to regulatory authorities.
Manage audit responses and implement corrective actions based on findings.
Track and monitor compliance status to ensure closure of all audit points.
Warranty Handling
Overseeing warranty process
Controlling warranty costs
Update and communicate the warranty manual
Follow up on trends in warranty cost and alert the organization if needed
Performance of warranty audits within the network

•可能な限り、F2Fで1，2次は実施。勤務予定地で実施/ From 1st round interview as much as possible in work location

•勤務制度/ Working System - フレックスタイム制; オフィス勤務; 在宅週二日程度（試用期間中は不可）/ Flextime system; office work; about two days a week working from home (not allowed during the probation period)
•チーム人数/ Number of team members: 3

•引継ぎ、OJT/Training - あり、同僚から / Available, from colleagues
•勤務時間 / Working Hours - 9：00～18：00
•休日/ Holidays - 年間125日
