Position Summary:
Qualiy Engineer needs to handle daily online quality problem included in identifying root causes and establish corrective actions and to act customer quality window to communicate with customer for quality problem solving and documentation.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should be quick in responding to quality problems. Establish priorities and ensure good usage of resources.
• Handle the production line problem to investigate Jigs or Fixtures and make ideas to solve the quality problems speedily.
• Act as an effective customer quality window, with quality mind. Protecting the interests of the Company and also gaining the trust of the customer.
• Manage team members in providing daily task, control of overtime, development skill level so on, to be achieved maximum output as a team.
• Take a lead for receiving inspection to analyze inspection data and find out abnormalities.
• Negotiate/Cooperate with other departments to quickly solve any quality problem.

Senior Quality Engineer：800万円 ～ 1000万円
Quality Engineer：500万円 ～ 800万円

8:30～17:00（休憩65分）

休日休暇
土日、夏季、年末年始　年間休日125日
年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与、最大25日）

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

【必須（MUST）】

• 3-5 years of experience in plant QC or QA – Quality problem handling experience.
• ISO 9001/TS16949 application to a facility and/or process
• Skills/experience in quality audit and statistical methodology
• Excellent computer skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Native level Japanese

【歓迎（WANT）】

• Knowledge of Gauge designs / Gauge functions
• Ability to read and understand drawings / GD&T.
• Excellent communication skill in English is preferred

• Flexible response to change and Self starter
