Job Description

Real Estate Administrative Assistant (Immediate Position) Location Hybrid work in Westmount, QC :

Exigences :

  • Parfaitement bilingue (écrit et parlé) en français et en anglais.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'immobilier.
  • Connaissance approfondie des documents de l'OACIQ (contrats de courtage, promesses d'achat, modifications, etc.).
  • Maîtrise des outils Centris, Matrix, Instanet Forms, Authentisign et Immocontacts.
  • Familiarité avec Dropbox, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive) et Google Calendar.
  • Licence de courtier résidentiel (un atout mais non exigée).

Qualités recherchées :

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et gestion du temps.
  • Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Attention aux détails et rigueur dans le suivi administratif.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in both French and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of OACIQ documents (brokerage contracts, purchase offers, amendments, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Centris, Matrix, Instanet Forms, Authentisign, and Immocontacts.
  • Familiarity with Dropbox, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and Google Calendar.
  • Residential broker's license (an asset but not required).

Desired Qualities:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in administrative follow-up.
