Job Description
JQ Staffing is in need of a motivated Recruiter.
We focus on light industrial clients in our office in Grand Prairie, TX. Responsibilities include the following:
- flexible office hours; mainly Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm, plus client visits during the day.
- ALL recruiters are on-call 24/7 to support our customers. You MUST be able to answer your phone after hours and on weekends if our customers require assistance with orders.
- Occasional off-site job fairs are required by recruiters.
- Daily/weekly quotas required for each recruiter to bring in enough candidates.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is very helpful, but not required.
Starting pay for this opportunity will be based on experience. We will perform 30-60-90 day reviews, and pay increases will be entertained based on your abilities, performance, and improvements. We are looking for people that want to grow with us as we continue to grow and expand.
