Do you have experience in customer service over the phone? Do you enjoy interacting with others? Making outbound calls is not a problem for you? Are you bilingual in English and French ? We have a remote position for you in Downtown Montreal !

We are currently looking for survey agent for a company in the financial sector.

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8h30AM and 5H00PM. Possibility to adjust afterwards (flexible schedule) 28h work week

1 Day Training in Downtown MONTREAL office is required !

Workplace: choice between the office and home option !
Duration: contract 6 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
The following are the tasks you will be required to perform for this Survey Officer position:

- Make outbound calls to the phone numbers provided to collect data;
- Enter the collected data into the system;

- Scheduling phone appointments when people are not available at the time;
- Other related duties.

Qualifications
Do you have the skills required for this position?

- Able to go one day training in Downtown Montreal office
- Bilingual in English and French; communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
- Experience in customer service;
- Good communication skills;
- Time management, pressure management, meeting deadlines;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Survey Monkey (an asset);
- Knowledge of finance (an asset).
