Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Department Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is reserved for individuals with a minimum physical disability of 33% , in accordance with our commitment to equal opportunity and workplace inclusion.
As a Travel Department Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our travel coordination team, helping to organize business trips, manage bookings, process travel expenses, and assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Support travelers with itinerary changes and travel documentation.
Perform general administrative duties related to travel planning.
Requirements:
Official certification of minimum 33% physical disability .
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic travel software tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in administrative or travel support roles is a plus.
