En tant que Business Architect – Assurance Collective & Interface Fournisseur de Logiciels , vous serez le point de contact principal entre l’équipe Business Specialist Services (BSS) et le fournisseur de logiciels responsable du dĂ©veloppement de la plateforme canadienne de gestion de l’assurance collective.

Votre mission consiste Ă  garantir une comprĂ©hension commune des besoins d’affaires et des contraintes techniques, Ă  traduire les exigences en spĂ©cifications exploitables, et Ă  soutenir la rĂ©ussite du projet d’implantation.

Vous jouez un rĂŽle central entre les Ă©quipes d’affaires et technologiques. Vous veillez Ă  ce que les besoins soient correctement collectĂ©s, clarifiĂ©s, priorisĂ©s et traduits en fonctionnalitĂ©s produit ou rĂšgles de configuration. Vous contribuez activement Ă  la feuille de route d’implĂ©mentation et assurez l’alignement, la cohĂ©rence et la qualitĂ© des livrables.

Responsabilités principales

  • Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins d’affaires auprĂšs de l’équipe BSS.
  • Traduire les besoins en spĂ©cifications claires et opĂ©rationnelles pour le Product Manager et les Ă©quipes du fournisseur de logiciels.
  • Distinguer les exigences core du produit des Ă©lĂ©ments de configuration .
  • Simplifier les Ă©lĂ©ments techniques complexes et communiquer clairement leur valeur d’affaires.
  • Contribuer Ă  l’élaboration du plan d’implantation : dĂ©veloppement produit, configuration, tests, gestion des dĂ©pendances.
  • Participer aux ateliers de conception, sĂ©ances de raffinement et rencontres de suivi avec les Ă©quipes internes et le fournisseur.
  • Assurer la cohĂ©rence des livrables, le respect des standards organisationnels et l’alignement avec les objectifs stratĂ©giques.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes (affaires, TI, fournisseur).
  • Identifier, documenter et gĂ©rer les impacts, risques et dĂ©pendances liĂ©s au projet.

Profil recherché

Compétences & qualifications

  • Expérience significative en architecture d’affaires ou en analyse d’affaires avancée , idéalement dans le secteur de l’assurance collective.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en vulgarisation (écrit et oral).
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies Agiles et des outils de gestion de backlog (ex. : Jira).
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, avec une participation active à des réunions, conférences, formations et projets menés en anglais.

Mission Description

As a Business Architect – Group Insurance & Software Vendor Interface , you will act as the primary liaison between the Group Insurance Business Specialist (BSS) team and the software vendor responsible for developing the Canadian group insurance management platform.

Your mission is to ensure a shared understanding of business needs and technical constraints, translate requirements into actionable specifications, and support the successful delivery of the implementation project.

Role Summary

You serve as the central bridge between business and technology teams. You ensure that requirements are accurately captured, clarified, prioritized, and translated into product features or configuration rules. You actively contribute to the implementation roadmap and help guarantee alignment, quality, and coherence across all deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from the BSS team.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the Product Manager and software vendor teams.
  • Distinguish between core product requirements and configuration elements .
  • Simplify complex technical elements and clearly communicate the business value behind them.
  • Contribute to building the implementation plan: product development, configuration, testing, and dependency management.
  • Participate in design workshops, refinement sessions, and follow-up meetings with internal and vendor teams.
  • Ensure consistency of deliverables, adherence to standards, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (business, IT, vendor).
  • Identify, document, and manage project impacts, risks, and dependencies.

Profile Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Significant experience in business architecture or advanced business analysis , ideally in group insurance .
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Proven ability to operate in complex environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, with active participation in meetings, conferences, training sessions, and projects conducted in English.
