Your Mission:

• Strategic Leadership - Drive insurance strategy across property, liability, builder's risk, and environmental coverage lines
• Complete Program Management - Own the full insurance lifecycle from renewals and pricing to compliance and claims resolution
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with internal teams, brokers, and adjusters to minimize losses and implement proactive risk mitigation
• Regional Coordination - Ensure seamless coverage alignment across acquisitions, development projects, and capital investments in North America

💼 What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field (CRM designation a plus!)
• Proven experience in insurance tracking and claims management
• Underwriting expertise in Property and Construction accounts
• Deep knowledge of North American insurance markets
