As a member of the Sales Planning Department, I primarily handle the following responsibilities:
・Establishing and managing monthly sales KPIs for overseas locations and the Japan region

• Sales analysis
• Sales price revision management
• Progress management for new business expansion
• Delinquent receivables management
• Establishing and managing sales plans for overseas locations and the Japan region (5-year)
• Planning, progress management, and operations for exhibitions such as the Japan Mobility Show

Theoretical annual salary
4.4M Yen～6.8M Yen（Allowance paid separately）
Monthly Base Salary：260,000～390,000 Yen
Theoretical bonus: 5 months (summer and winter)

職務経験	3年以上
キャリアレベル	中途経験者レベル
英語レベル	ビジネス会話レベル
日本語レベル	ネイティブ
最終学歴	大学卒： 学士号
現在のビザ	日本での就労許可が必要です

スキル・資格

Must

1. Experience in sales/accounting/purchasing (departments handling money) at a factory manufacturing company
2. Ability to create data using key Excel functions (e.g., SUMIF, VLOOKUP)
3. Knowledge and understanding of industrial product cost structures (material costs, processing costs, administrative costs)
4. Native Japanese speaker (detailed Japanese communication skills required as future customer sales will involve handling Japanese manufacturers)

WANT

1. Sales/Accounting/Purchasing experience at an automotive parts supplier (departments handling money), preferably 3+ years
2. Experience communicating in English with the company's overseas departments
3. TOEIC score of 500 or higher
