Our Challenge

Our client is seeking a Scrum Masters to support their digital transformation and service innovation projects across the organization. The role involves facilitating agile teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring effective delivery of digital services aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional program review and product delivery teams in agile principles, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies including planning sessions, stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on applying agile methodology, including estimating, adjusting for dependencies, and eliminating blockers.
• Act as a liaison between the product owner and team to promote goal achievement and clear communication.
• Guide the product owner on reporting, release planning, and road-mapping.
• Maintain and report on delivery metrics such as burndown, velocity, and backlog status using project management tools and artifacts.
• Support digital service activities such as user research and usability testing.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration and agility.

Must Have:

• Active Scrum Master Certification: Please attach proof of certification (e.g., PSM).
• 2 years of experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies and facilitating ceremonies.
• 4 years of experience leading core agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• 5 years of experience working within an agile development environment.

Nice to Have:

• 2 years delivering training via Microsoft Teams or other web-based platforms.
• 2 years planning work aligned with product owner priorities, including sprint and backlog planning.
• 2 years experience using backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• 5 years’ experience with software development best practices, standards, and tools.
• 2 years familiarity with IT policies, standards, and public sector projects.
• 2 years experience working on registries modernization projects.
• 2 years experience working with teams employing UX, service design, or human-centered design approaches.
