Job Description

Logixx is hiring Security Guards who are observant, respectful, and team-oriented. This role requires strong situational awareness, a helpful attitude, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally. Guards will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and engage respectfully with staff and visitors to maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor assigned areas.
Respond to emergencies and incidents.
De-escalate conflicts using non-confrontational methods.
Assist with evacuations and safety procedures.
Write clear and accurate reports.
Collaborate with team members and other departments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid security license (as per provincial regulations).
Permanent security guard license preferred.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
