Summary
At ESET our Security Monitoring Specialist carries out security monitoring services in close collaboration with Global teams for assigned environments. Working closely with the Country Manager Japan this role is integral to the security operations centre team.Job description
Perform Early Warning services on the ETI (ESET Threat Intelligence) system under the supervision of a senior colleague.
Perform optimization of the monitoring system on assigned environments under a supervision of a senior colleague.
Analyze security threats evaluate data on potential threats.
Prepare reports (internal/external).
Communicate with customers about incidents.
Cooperate on development of new technologies for monitoring and identification of security breaches.
Cooperate on development of security monitoring services and threat intelligence system.
Consult and prepare computer security recommendations (for specific customer or online forum).
Work with malicious code identification systems.
Cooperate on deep analysis of malicious code.
Continual education in relevant fields of computer security.
