As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
Lead a team of On-site security officers
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of security officers
Experience in conducting security audits and assessments
Experience with access control systems and security protocols
Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (clients, law enforcement, emergency services)
Experience in emergency response planning and execution
Qualifications For Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada
Must be in Canada for 5 years.
Track record of promoting team development and maintaining high performance standards
3 years of experience in security and team management
Hold a Valid Security license
First aid certification
Able to travel to Airdrie and Balzac
Must have a Car, driver's license and clean drivers abstract
