Description

* Oversee all accounting and financial operations to ensure compliance with J-GAAP and IFRS standards.
* Drive digital transformation (DX) initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting.
* Manage inventory accounting and ensure accurate cost reporting.
* Provide support for external audits and liaise with auditors effectively.
* Utilize SAP and Excel to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
* Monitor and manage financial risks to support sustainable business growth.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

* Fluency in Japanese and intermediate proficiency in English for effective communication.
* Strong expertise in J-GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
* Experience with SAP or similar systems and advanced Excel skills preferred.
* A proven track record in inventory management and external audit support.
* Knowledge of or interest in executing digital transformation (DX) strategies to enhance financial operations.
* A relevant degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
