Renowned for its innovation, sustainable practices, and high-performance culture, the company is now looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst to join its Tokyo office.

• As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner to commercial and operational teams, delivering in-depth financial insights to support data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing finance professional to contribute to a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Japan market
• Perform monthly performance analysis across brands, channels, and functions
• Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial strategies and optimize profitability
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to align financial targets with business goals

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis, preferably within FMCG or a multinational environment
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed, and fast-paced environment
