We are partnering with a prestigious global organization in the luxury goods sector to find a talented Senior Finance Accounting Manager.About the Role:As the Senior Finance Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, taking responsibility for overseeing and optimizing all accounting and reporting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting expert with a deep understanding of financial processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with the controlling team.- Guarantee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.- Serve as a key point of contact for head office inquiries, providing comprehensive and timely financial information.- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately, coordinating with various departments.- Continuously review and enhance accounting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.- Design and implement system improvements to streamline financial operations.- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets, working closely with the internal control department.- Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or significant experience within a public accounting firm is essential (minimum 5-10 years of experience).- Proven track record in a senior accounting role, ideally within an international company.- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA or audit firm a must. (Minimum 5-10 years)
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a foreign company.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
