About the Role

• A leading global manufacturing technology company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to oversee financial operations and performance management at one of its key business units in Japan. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring financial compliance, and driving operational efficiency across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-level financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to support operational and strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and purchasing
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and global financial standards
• Support cost optimization initiatives and investment planning
• Act as a key business partner to site leadership and global finance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or site finance roles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
