• Work on cutting-edge backend platforms for automotive connected technologies  Develop and maintain key vehicle status and remote platforms (24MM, 21MM), playing a vital role in connected car services.
• Leverage deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and container orchestration  Utilize AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD automation tools to enhance system monitoring, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate in a bilingual, cross-functional team environment  Communicate effectively in both Japanese (business level) and English to lead incident management and proactive system improvements globally.

Annual salary: 10 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on Stencil / Vehicle status platform for 24MM, 21MM & legacy platform
• Work on Connected Technologies Platform (“CTP”) remote platform development
• Work on event Manager platform for 21MM & 24MM vehicles
• Support CTP provisioning, payments, fleet, monitoring and tracing infrastructure work
• Create, refine and increase monitoring for CTP services with approved monitoring tools.
• Configure and customize monitoring dashboards, reports, and alerts to help SRE and incident management team focus on high priority issues
• Define SLIs and SLOs for CTP services following SRE principles.
• Work on automating tasks to streamline operational process and reduce manual activities.
• Work with Incident/Problem management team to complete post-mortem analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve critical incidents
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the system’s reliability, resilience, and fault tolerance

Job Qualification:

• 10-15+ years in backend software development, with at least 7 years in Golang
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning
• Strong background in AWS deployments and architecture
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration
• Expertise in CI/CD automation (GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Advanced Linux scripting and debugging skills
• Hands-on experience with TDD and SonarQube to ensure code quality
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional teamwork abilities

Language Skills : Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English
