Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Plano, Dallas, TX (In-Office, Full-Time) Department: Content Team Reports To: Creative Director About Amazing Life Amazing Life creates engaging, high-quality curriculum and resources designed to equip churches and families to inspire the next generation. We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to help drive visual excellence and maintain brand consistency across our projects. Role Overview The Senior Graphic Designer will primarily focus on layout design and visual execution, supporting various creative projects. You will collaborate closely with the Content team and cross-functional partners to deliver visually compelling assets for print, digital, and motion. This role will be based out of the Plano, TX office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute precise layout designs and visual concepts aligned with strategic goals. Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all design outputs. Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate effectively with designers, content leaders, product managers, and writers. Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and highquality results.

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Expertlevel skills in typography, layout design, and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of brand consistency and design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum 5 years in graphic design, preferably in branding or contentfocused roles. Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout design and visual execution across multiple formats.
