What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $1M to $30M
• Managing client relationships, consultants, and subcontractors with professionalism and integrity
• Driving project schedules, budgets, and quality standards with precision and accountability
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with tenant improvement and new build projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow into more senior leadership roles
• PMP certification or equivalent is an asset
