Annual Salary: 8 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• In CFC, we monitor the status of machines and systems and respond quickly to problems in order to complete operations on time.
• Planned maintenance (inspection work, cleaning work, etc.) is carried out safely and on time in accordance with the prescribed procedures at the CFC.
• Carry out daily 5S activities (organization, tidying, cleaning, cleaning, and discipline) at the site.
• Perform work in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other internal health and safety rules. Communicate with health and safety personnel as necessary.
• In the absence of a supervisor (team manager), as a shift leader, he works with the client's operations leaders to lead the shift team to ensure that the day's operations and maintenance plans are achieved.
• Collect and analyze the data needed to improve reliability. Collaborate with other members and departments to improve the reliability of equipment operation.
• Monitor the condition of the machine and carry out repairs according to the instructions and planned maintenance plans.
• Participate in projects to introduce the latest equipment and systems, and lead the area in charge.

Job Qualification:

• Procedures are written in Japanese, and in order to communicate with clients in Japanese, the ability to speak, read and write Japanese is essential.
• Knowledge and qualifications related to mechanical, electrical and control
• Safety manager
• Type 2 Hygiene Manager
• Experience in FMCG (Consumer Goods and Finished Products) manufacturing sites
• Knowledge and experience in analyzing and solving problems in the field
• Experience in planned maintenance, predictive maintenance, failure maintenance, etc.
• Experience with automation hardware and software
• Communication and teamwork in working with a variety of people

Langauge Proficiency: Fluent level Japanese and Business level English.
