With the recent expansion of our facility, we need a dedicated professional to bridge communication between customers and technicians while ensuring accurate service orders (ROs). Service Advisor Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s sales forecast. Prioritize required services and provide options upon request. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and potential changes.
