We are seeking customer-focused Service Technicians in both Calgary and Edmonton to perform in-house and onsite repairs of dental equipment, while providing friendly, reliable technical support and clear product information to ensure our clients feel confident and well-supported in their daily operations.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite service as assigned.
  • Assist customers and sales representatives by providing technical advice and product information.
  • Repair customer and loaner equipment, including sterilizers, scalers, and washers.
  • Promote K-Dental’s full line of products and services.
  • Handle phone inquiries including repair status, part backorders, and repair quotes.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding part order status and defective part returns.
  • Help maintain inventory levels necessary to meet first-time fix targets.
  • Complete work orders, including documenting parts used, part numbers, labour, and travel charges.
  • Pick up, deliver, and install new and repaired equipment.
  • Address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental equipment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dental service department or related technical service role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking tools.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and confidently promote services and products to customers.
  • Valid driver's license.
