Job Title: Shift A DISC Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic assembly team where you will work on an assembly line snapping plastic discs together using hands or small tools. The assembled discs are processed through machines that apply foil, laminate, and add labels and barcodes. Visual inspections are performed at various stages to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of discs using hands and simple tools.
Conduct visual inspections of products at different stages.
Create and apply labels for the DISC device.
Operate machines to laminate and seal products.
Follow SOPs for cleanroom operations and aseptic gowning.
Essential Skills
Experience in high volume production (assembly, machine operating, or packaging) for 1-2 years.
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
High School Diploma.
Familiarity with SOPs and detail-oriented tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Clean Room experience is preferred, but not required.
Medical device assembly or packaging experience is a plus.
Experience in FDA, GDP, and GMP environments is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment, requiring aseptic gowning with coveralls, booties, gloves, hair net, safety glasses, and face masks. The position involves working closely with teammates on the assembly line within a collaborative and safety-focused setting.
Additional Information:
$21.50/hr
Shift A (1st shift):
** CONTRACT through the end of the year. Possible Contract to Hire, but no promises **
Monday- Thursday: 5:00am - 3:30pm (4 x 10 schedule) 8 REG and 2 Overtime.
** Must be Flexible to work 15-30 min of Overtime per day.
** Must be Flexible to work Fridays. (occasionally)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
