主な職務内容 / 責任 / 能力
1. 運営サポート
顧客からの問い合わせ対応やプログラムに関する情報提供を行う
研修会講習会ライセンス試験等の準備および運営サポートを担当する
2. 顧客データ管理と更新
顧客情報のデータ入力更新を行い常に最新を維持する
データの整理や簡単な分析を行い報告書を作成する
3. イベント セミナー のサポート
イベントやセミナーにおいての受付業務資料準備参加者対応などの運営サポートを行う
また参加者からのフィードバックを収集整理する
4. プロモーションツール の管理
企画資料の作成やマニュアル等の作成を補助する
LPサイトやカスタマーポータル顧客向けアプリの更新管理をサポートする
5. その他の 一般 事務業務
資料の整理ファイル管理メール対応等事務的な業務を担当する
またチーム全体のサポート業務にも幅広く対応する
