主な機能／責任／能力

1. 運営サポート
顧客からの問い合わせ対応や、プログラムに関する情報提供を行う。
研修会・講習会、ライセンス試験等の準備および運営サポートを担当する。
2. 顧客データ管理と更新
顧客情報のデータ入力・更新を行い、常に最新を維持する。
データの整理や簡単な分析を行い、報告書を作成する。
3. イベント・ セミナー のサポート
イベントやセミナーにおいての受付業務、資料準備、参加者対応などの運営サポートを行う。
また、参加者からのフィードバックを収集・整理する。
4. プロモーションツール の管理
企画資料の作成やマニュアル等の作成を補助する。
LPサイトやカスタマーポータル、顧客向けアプリの更新・管理をサポートする。
5. その他の 一般 事務業務
資料の整理、ファイル管理、メール対応等、事務的な業務を担当する。
また、チーム全体のサポート業務にも幅広く対応する。
