Job Summary As the Sous Chef of a premier corporate dining account, you will support the successful culinary operations of a café and catering services. This position generally works Monday through Friday AM shift and could be required to start as early as 5am. As the second most senior culinary manager on site, you'll be expected to uphold the duties of the Executive Chef in their absence. A keen eye for detail is required for success in this role.
