職務概要

• 予約管理を始め、スパの日々の営業のサポート
• スパで提供できるサービスのプロモーション
• 安全で清潔なスパエリアを保持する
• オペレーション手順に沿ったレポート等の準備

Responsibility

• Assist the operation of the Spa.
• To introduce members to services available and persuade members to try other services.
• Clean the recreation facilities and ensure its safety.
• Prepare reports and statistics according to the operation procedure.

Working Hours

週5日（土日祝日を含む）
10：00～20：00（実働7.5時間/日）

5days/ week (Including weekends/ National holidays)
Actual 7.5hrs/day between 10:00am and 8:00pm

スキル・資格

Key Qualifications

• 経験：　1年以上の受付、又は接客業経験
• 英語：　中級レベル
• 日本語：中級レベル
• ＰＣスキル：ワード、エクセル
• その他： ネイリスト経験があれば尚可（シンプルなデザインのもの）
• 親しみやすく、礼儀正しく、前向きな方

Key Skills:
• Experience Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service
• English Advanced level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• PC Skill Word, Excel
• Others Nail experience is plus
• Positive Attitude, friendly and respectful
