SEMI (Sports & Exercise Medicine Institute) in Toronto is looking for a Sport Medicine physician, with fellowship and ultrasound guided injection training, to join our team!
Located at Yonge and Sheppard, we are minutes from the 401/Yonge Street with direct subway access at the Sheppard subway station under the building. SEMI is a large multidisciplinary dedicated sport medicine clinic that has been successfully serving the GTA since 1997.
Besides sport medicine services, we also offer orthopedic surgical consultation, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropody and osteopathy. Your role will include consulting with patients and providing ultrasound guided injections with an emphasis on Regenerative procedures including PRP and nStride. Besides being interesting to perform, and helpful to our patients, these injections provide a lucrative private source of income for you. There is also an opportunity to provide Compartment Pressure Testing for patients referred to the clinic with suspected Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome. SEMI is also known as one of few licensed institutions providing Fat Transfers for use in osteoarthritis.
Your practice will be fully supported by our nurse, both in consultations/managing patients as well as in providing injections. Additionally, our admin team handles all bookings, billings and payments so that you get to focus solely on patient care.
