■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a global or pharmaceutical environment.
・Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
・Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
・Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes (GAAP or IFRS).
・Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
・Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
・Experience collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and business partners.
・Experience with cash management and intercompany reconciliations.
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
・Experience working with global accounting standards is highly desirable.
