Job Description

We are seeking energetic and motivated Summer Associates to join our team in 2026. Our internships provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of the firm, including investments, fund operations, alternative income, digital assets, marketing, finance, retail sales, institutional sales, and trading.

Over the course of the program, you will:

  • Contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals across departments.
  • Develop technical and professional skills through mentorship and training.
  • Potentially rotate into a second role/department mid-summer to broaden your experience.

This role is ideal for students who want to build a strong foundation in financial services and explore career paths in alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities.
  • Build proficiency with internal systems, processes, and tools.
  • Project Work
  • Support business-focused projects and research assignments.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments.
  • Assist with planning, implementation, and problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
  • Business Exposure
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support marketing, sales, and client initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (business, economics, finance, or related field preferred).
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and alternative investments.
  • Prior industry experience is an asset, but not required.
