Role Overview

As the Team Lead & Success Coach, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and setting goals for your team while creating a positive, results-driven environment. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with Expedia Cruises standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead Vacation Consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching through regular one-on-one sessions and group training.
• Set clear performance targets and track progress.
• Create a “lead-to-win” culture that fosters collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee onboarding and development programs for new team members.
• Deliver scheduled office meetings in person and /or virtual.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Expedia Cruises at Aspen Landing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry is required.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
• Self motivated with a strong business mindset to drive success and innovation.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Set goals, measure performance, and drive results.
•  A passion for the travel industry.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
