About the Role
This role is to help customers succeed with the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage customer upgrades, and ensure smooth product implementation across various industries including automotive, aerospace, and high-tech electronics.

Key Responsibilities
1, Problem Resolution
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues with PLM software solutions
-Investigate customer problems using analytical troubleshooting methods
-Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes

2, Customer Management
-Lead upgrade projects for customers and partners
-Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
-Ensure positive customer experience throughout support process

3, Team Development
-Train and mentor new support team members
-Continuously expand product knowledge and technical skills

Requirements
+Bachelor's degree in technical field + 3-5 years relevant experience
+Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
+Excellent communication skills for technical explanations
+Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Technical Skills (preferred)
+C# and JavaScript programming
+SQL database knowledge
+Web application development experience
+SaaS support and application administration
