Work Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

We're looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across finance, supply chain, and HR operations.

What You’ll Do

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide hands-on support for Dynamics 365 F&O users, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Manage incident and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Escalate and follow through on complex issues with cross-functional teams.
• System Configuration & Maintenance
• Configure and maintain modules across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Project Operations.
• Conduct regular system health checks, updates, and performance tuning.
• Enhancements & Process Optimization
• Collaborate on the design, testing, and rollout of new features and integrations.
• Partner with developers to implement customizations and streamline workflows.

Upgrades & Releases

• Support version upgrades, patches, and releases with minimal business disruption.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure system integrity through proper security protocols and compliance with financial regulations.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Expertise in at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.
• Strong grasp of ERP systems and business processes.
• Advanced X++ coding skills and familiarity with OOP concepts; Visual Studio experience is a plus.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and report design in D365 FO.
• Proven ability to develop and implement customizations across multiple D365 FO versions.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in client-facing support or consulting roles.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) in D365 FO.
