Receptionist

Our client, a busy and fast-paced print shop in Calgary, is seeking an experienced and professional Reception & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. This pivotal role blends front-line client service with administrative operations and light logistics, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Managing a multi-line phone system and greeting visitors with professionalism
• Preparing invoices in QuickBooks, processing payments, and coordinating shipping logistics
• Supporting office operations including filing, inventory, vendor coordination, and company event planning
• Assisting with regulated mailing and time-sensitive documentation
• Helping occasionally with light physical tasks (lifting up to 30 lbs, supporting floor operations)

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 3 years of experience in reception, administration, or office management
• At least 3 years of client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience required
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience coordinating shipping or working with couriers (asset)
• Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on responsibilities
