Lead the development and implementation of engaging training programs for a prestigious, global beauty brand, building a high-performing team of beauty ambassadors.■About the companyOur client is a world-renowned luxury fragrance house with a rich heritage and a global presence. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Manager to join their dynamic team in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the Fragrance Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales performance of beauty ambassadors and fragrance experts. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. You will create and deliver compelling training materials, conduct workshops and masterclasses, and regularly assess training needs to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. You will also work closely with the marketing, sales, and retail teams to ensure training is aligned with brand strategy and product launches.■Main tasks include・Develop and implement effective training programs for beauty ambassadors and fragrance experts.・Establish an annual training calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and company guidelines.・Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person workshops and online webinars.・Design and develop high-quality training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online modules.・Assess training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.・Collaborate with retail partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.・Oversee fragrance training programs and manage the training budget effectively.・Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
・Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
・Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
・Knowledge of the cosmetics or fragrance industry.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
・Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred but not required).
・Intermediate-level English (TOEIC 600+ preferred but not required).
・A passion for luxury beauty and a commitment to excellence.
