Job Title: Travel Welder
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced welder with expertise in aluminum welding. The ideal candidate must be able to describe their experience and successfully pass a weld test. This role involves following specific instructions for welding and fabricating, including tasks both in and out of position. Experience with MIG welding is essential, and pulse arc welding experience is preferred. Welding in multiple positions is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabricating tasks on aluminum according to specific instructions.
Conduct welding operations in various positions.
Utilize MIG welding techniques, with pulse arc welding experience considered a plus.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Fit and fabricate metal components as required.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in aluminum welding.
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Capability to pass fracture-tested weld tests.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pulse arc welding is preferred.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and fitting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
