Job Profile and Description
The primary duty of a Product Implementation & Integrations Specialist is to work with the Product Managers and our international DMC suppliers to ensure that the product that we sell is accurately loaded in our system with prices and descriptions and our integrations are operating smoothly. This job requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and quickly and accurately input data.
The Product Implementation & Integrations Specialist possesses a thorough understanding of Avanti products, procedures, and suppliers. It is essential for the Product Implementation & Integrations Specialist to be a team-player, work efficiently, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast-paced work environment.

Process & Integrations Manager
Submit any scheduling and time-off request and participate in performance reviews. Discuss procedure or other issues as necessary.
Product Managers
Receive daily documentation via email, such as tariffs on hotels, tours, transfers and product updates or closures, to load/update/revise in database system.
Suppliers
Address any issues with product, rate issues, tour information, transfer information, etc. Process daily closeouts.
